Job Opportunity by Federal Civil Service Recruitment 2025

The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has announced multiple vacancies across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) for 2025. Eligible applicants are invited to apply for positions that match their qualifications. Please note that candidates are permitted to submit applications for only one of the available positions.

Here is a selection of the available positions:

Senior Instructor, SGL 09 – Federal Ministry of Education

Qualifications: HND in a relevant subject plus PGDE or NCE from a recognized institution with at least 4 years post-NYSC cognate experience.

Higher Technical Officer (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical), GL 08 – Federal Ministry of Power

Qualifications: HND in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Dental Therapist, SGL 08 – Federal Ministry of Health & Federal Ministry of Defence

Qualifications: HND in Dental Hygiene from an approved health institution and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Fisheries Officer, SGL 08 – Ministry of Livestock Development

Qualifications: Degree in Zoology, Fisheries, or Biology and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Physiotherapist, SGL 10 – Federal Ministry of Health & Federal Ministry of Defence

Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy, registration with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapist Registration Board of Nigeria, and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Medical Laboratory Scientist, SGL 10 – Federal Ministry of Health & Federal Ministry of Defence

Qualifications: Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption, plus at least one year of post-registration cognate experience.

Dietician I, SGL 09 – Federal Ministry of Health & Federal Ministry of Defence

Qualifications: Degree in Dietetics, successful completion of the National Test of Professional Competence, registration to practice, and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Administrative Officer I, SGL 09 – Office of the Head of Civil Service

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Humanities and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Foreign Affairs Officer II, GL 08 – Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Qualifications: Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized university and completion of the National Youth Service or possession of a certificate of exemption.

Senior Statistician, SGL 10 – Office of the Head of Civil Service

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Statistics, Demography, or Mathematics with Statistics; or MSc plus a minimum of four years post-NYSC cognate experience.
